The party sailed over the vast wastes of the southern Torch Empire, passing time en route to Fireheart’s safehouse. As they nearer the last leg of the journey, their ship was suddenly and without explanation ambushed by the familiar faces of the Vigil of Dawn, appearing as if from nowhere. They are now locked in combat with the Vigil, defending the smuggler’s ship as they avert its crashing into the ruins below or the mountain ahead.
